HomeServConnect is a referral service that connects homeowners with licensed roofing contractors. We do not perform any construction, roofing, repair, or inspection work. All roofing services are provided by independent licensed contractors who are solely responsible for the quality of their work.

No Warranty on Contractor Work

HomeServConnect does not guarantee, warrant, or endorse the quality, safety, legality, or timeliness of any work performed by contractors. Any disputes regarding roofing work should be resolved directly between the homeowner and the contractor.

Your Consent

By submitting your information through our forms, you consent to being contacted by a licensed roofing contractor regarding your roof inspection request. Your information will be shared with one contractor only.

Lead Generation

All leads provided to contractors are generated from voluntary homeowner forms submitted with clear consent. HomeServConnect verifies lead information to the best of its ability but does not guarantee the accuracy of all details provided by homeowners.

Payment Terms

Contractors agree to pay for qualified leads upon delivery. Payment is for lead delivery, not for deal closure. Specific pricing and terms are outlined in individual partnership agreements between HomeServConnect and each contractor.

Limitation of Liability

HomeServConnect shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service, the quality of contractor work, or any disputes between homeowners and contractors.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HomeServConnect, its owner, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our service or any violation of these terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
